Group Child Care Programs: Critical Incident Annual Aggregated Data

Each year, the NYC Health Department presents aggregate data for group day care programs.

This data shows cases of fatalities, serious injuries and child abuse and maltreatment that resulted in a critical incident report against a program substantiated by the New York City Office of Special Investigations.
