	You Can Submit Pictures and Video to the City The City of New York has launched a pilot program that allows the public to submit still images and/or audio/video files of select conditions that occur in the City, by calling 311 or by visiting NYC.gov. You Can View City Council Meetings Online Get a front row seat to the inner workings of New York City's government. Online, via a live stream, you can view shows including Council 51, Access Mayor, and more. You Can Access the Laws of the City of New York Online The City has launched a new Web site granting public online access to the New York City Charter and Administrative Code and the Rules of the City of New York. You Can Search for Vendors & Lobbyists You can search for information on vendors and Lobbyists that do business with the City of New York via the Doing Business Portal. You Can Get Historic Photos Online Between 1939 and 1941, and again in the mid-1980s, the City photographed every house and building in the five Boroughs. Copies of these tax photos are available for purchase online via the Municipal Archives.
