| Business Link is a nonprofit that works with the City's Human Resources Administration to find private sector jobs for welfare
recipients.

| Parks Opportunity Program (POP) |
| With approximately 2,500 trainees working in NYC’s parks, playgrounds, and recreation centers, POP is one of the nation’s
largest transitional employment programs. In order to participate in POP and get assistance with your job search, you must
be on public assistance, and you must be referred to POP by the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA). Please contact your
HRA case worker for referral to the program.

| HRA Job Centers |
| Human Resources Administration's (HRA) Job Centers offer temporary financial assistance, food stamps, and Medicaid to eligible
individuals. While in receipt of financial assistance, eligible adults are required to participate in an employment or rehabilitative
activity designed to help them achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency.

| The Welfare-to-Work Program provides job opportunities and training to low-income New Yorkers receiving public assistance
through Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) or Safety Net (SN).
