Vendor/Bidder’s List
In addition to this webpage, SBS primarily utilizes the New York City’s centralized Bidder’s List to notify potential vendors of open procurements unless otherwise prescribed. To register with the NYC Bidder’s List, complete the NYC-FMS Vendor Enrollment Application. Once your Vendor Enrollment Application has been accepted, your organization will be added to the City’s centralized bidders/proposers lists for the products and services you are interested in supplying to the City, including SBS. Placement on this list does not guarantee receipt of a solicitation from SBS. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the posted notices. Notices for procurements are also available on the City Record.

Procurement Assistance
SBS is committed to making it easier for the NYC small business community to do business with the City of New York. We offer additional guidance through our Procurement Outreach Program which provides training and literature on NYC’s procurement practices.
