It primarily consists of middle class one and two family homes. The ethnic composition of the community is predominantly Italian-Americans with a steady influx of Asian, Russian and Hispanic Immigrants.

This meeting brings together the residents, business owners, local elected officials, with the Commanding Officer and members of the 62nd Precinct. All community residents are encouraged to attend. The Commanding Officer reports to the community on the state of the command and addresses any crime or Quality of Life related issues or concerns they may have. In addition, information regarding crime or other problems are solicited from the attendees.
