| Lease Addendum and Rent Notice A Lease Addendum and Rent Notice is mailed to you each year after your annual income review is completed. The Lease Addendum and Rent Notice inform you about your new rent and the effective date. It also may indicate a no change in rent if applicable. On the Rent Notice you will also be advised if your rent is based on 30% of your net income or a "ceiling/flat" rent, your authorized family composition, deductions granted to calculate your net income as well as recurring charges.
