The NYCHA Not Wanted List

In an effort to maintain the safety of residents, the New York City Housing Authority publishes the names of individuals who have been permanently excluded from our public housing developments. The purpose of the "NYCHA Not Wanted List" is to keep residents informed of the Housing Authority's ongoing effort to improve the quality of life for all New Yorkers in public housing and to allow for the peaceful and safe use of our facilities.

Please note: The individuals whose name appears on the "NYCHA Not Wanted List" are excluded from NYCHA property based on NYCHA's Administrative Hearing Process, and should not be confused with the Trespass Notice Program under Mayor Bloomberg's Operation Safe Housing Initiative.

How to Use the "NYCHA Not Wanted List"
The list is organized by month and the dates when individuals have been permanently excluded from Housing Authority property. The list is published monthly in the NYCHA Journal, our resident publication, and here in the Residents' Corner of the NYCHA website.

If you see any individual whose name appears on the list on Housing Authority property, please call your management office or NYCHA's Special Investigations Unit at 212-306-8595.

The lists below are PDFs. You may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the documents.
