Call the Customer Contact Center (CCC) for emergency repairs in your apartment or in a public space 24 hours a day, seven days a week at: (718) 707-7771. To schedule apartment repair appointments call the CCC Monday through Friday from 6:00am to midnight.

REDUCE YOUR CALL WAIT TIME - CALL DURING NON-PEAK HOURS - Call volume is heaviest on Mondays and the day after a holiday. The best time to call is usually mid-morning, or afternoons after 4 PM.
