Star quarterback Eli Manning and the world champion New York Giants weren't the only big winners following Super Bowl XLVI as four New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) employees enjoyed the City Hall celebration with "Big Blue." The four employees were randomly selected by NYCHA’s computer lottery to attend the award ceremony in City Hall Plaza featuring Mayor Bloomberg presenting the players with Keys to the City. NYCHA Chairman John B. Rhea personally congratulated NYCHA's luckiest foursome and presented them with tickets to the celebration.

The four lottery winners were:

Vera Fleary-Scotland – Applications Tenancy Administration Department

Doug McNevin – Capital Projects Department

Cheryl Mofiled – Community Programs and Development

Sandra Rivera – Capital Projects Department
