Human Services Plan
City agencies publish plans describing their proposed procurement actions each year, for their human service program contracts. These plans are updated frequently to reflect how agencies are doing in ensuring that contracts are timely registered and put in place in time for FY 2010 start dates (generally July 1, 2009).
