The Investigation, Revenue and Enforcement Administration (IREA) is responsible for supporting the integrity of social services programs administered by HRA. IREA is comprised of the following units:

• The Office of Medicaid Provider Fraud and Abuse Investigation
• The Office of Revenue and Administration
