HPD Assistance Center in Upper Manhattan
The HPD Assistance Center, located at 94 Old Broadway (aka 3280 Broadway - the cross street is 133rd Street) 7th Floor New York, NY 10027, functions as a one-stop service center servicing the uptown communities of Harlem, East Harlem, Washington Heights and the Bronx. The Assistance Center provides easy access to multiple HPD services traditionally offered at 100 Gold Street or by scattered site offices.
The Center is part of the Division of Neighborhood Preservation and provides information on a gamut of HPD programs and initiatives. The Center is open from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p. m.
