The Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre
and Broadcasting has unveiled a public service announcement
featuring New Yorkers who work in the production industry
in an effort to thank local residents for hosting film
and television production in their neighborhood. The campaign
features local crew members who talk about their work

The campaign comes at a time when the City
is experiencing an increase in production throughout the
five boroughs. Currently there are seventeen primetime,
episodic series based in New York City. The campaign can
be seen on bus shelters, in-transit advertising, on local
television, in taxi cabs, online and in local movie theatres. |
