Please follow the procedure below to obtain a still photography
permit:
They must be downloaded, filled out on-line, signed and then faxed
to: 212.262.7677. PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2PM THE DAY PRIOR TO
PRINCIPAL PHOTOGRAPHY. If this restriction precludes your filming
in New York City, please bring it to our attention and we will make
every effort to accomodate you or suggest alternatives.
Permit applications, if approved, will be signed and faxed back to
the applicant the same day they are submitted. If, for any reason,
the application is incomplete or there is an issue that needs to be
addressed, an MOFTB permit consultant will call the contact person
listed on the application.
