The Reuters sign in Times Square is currently running footage from Beyond the Skyline, a short film produced by the Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting designed to promote NYC as an ideal location for entertainment production. The film stars Harvey Keitel, Jerry Orbach, John Turturro, Whoopi Goldberg and Kristin Davis.
