Little Manhattan

Little Manhattan shoots in Central Park.

Little Manhattan shot in New York City from May – August 2004, employing over 100 cast and crew members, and will be released in theaters on September 30, 2005. The film tells the story of two 11 year-olds who find love in New York City. Watch for the "Made in NY" logo which appears in the film.

Actor Bradley Whitford’s NYC credits include Kate and Leopold, Wildly Available, Scent of a Woman and Awakenings. NYC veteran Cynthia Nixon's NYC credits include Sex and the City, Igby Goes Down, The Out of Towners, Advice from a Caterpillar, The Manhattan Project and Prince of the City.

Producer Ezra Swerdlow 's Big Apple credits include The First Wives Club, Tootsie, Arthur, Radio Days, The Muppets Take Manhattan and The King of Comedy. And producer Gavin Polone filmed part of Panic Room in New York.

The Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting assisted with locations for the film, and coordinated scenes in which live sheep were brought into Sheep Meadow in Central Park for the first time since the 1930's. Little Manhattan's locations included:
