FIRE COMMISSIONER SCOPPETTA TO PRESIDE AT
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR 68 FIRE OFFICERS
Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta will preside over a promotion ceremony tomorrow for 68 fire officers. One member will be elevated to the rank of assistant chief, 26 to the rank of battalion chief, 26 to the rank of captain and 15 to the rank of lieutenant.
All of the newly promoted members will be assigned to various units throughout the city.
