Interagency Coordinating Council on Youth

The Interagency Coordinating Council on Youth (ICC) mission is to promote the well being of youth and families by utilizing the City of New York’s multitude of resources developed specifically for youth.  This is accomplished through partnerships among city-based agencies, community-based organizations and not-for-profit providers to eliminate duplication and where possible promote new initiative.
