Program Maps for the DOHMH District Resource Statement - Fiscal Year 2007
The following links provide maps to the locations of all New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene-contracted programs listed in the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's District Resource Statement for Fiscal Year 2007.
The maps are divided into three sections: Mental Health Contracted Program Sites; Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD) Contracted Program Sites; and Chemical Dependency Contracted Program Sites. Each section contains the following maps:
Borough Overview Maps
Click onto the arrow for New York City or the borough of your choice to find community district boundaries, neighborhoods, subway lines and contracted program sites for the given disability.
Borough Community Board Maps
Click onto the arrow of the borough of your choice. The drop down menu will provide you with links to each of the borough's community districts. These maps include community district boundaries, neighborhoods, subway stations, streets and contracted program sites for the given disability. Only major streets are labeled, and smaller streets are shaded light gray. Neighboring community districts are also shaded light gray so that the boundaries of the community district are clear.
To locate particular programs that are in the District Resource Statement on the borough and community board maps, use the Map Key letter/number indicated by "mk" in the bottom right corner of each program listing. The Map Key is cross-referenced to the Community Board maps. The link to the District Resource Statement is: http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/downloads/pdf/mh/mh-drs-fy2007.pdf
