The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to sponsor continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene designates this continuing medical education activity for the specified hours of Category One credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
