Asthma Action Line

The Department maintains a telephone help line, staffed by a public health educator who provides information and referrals to callers. Health care and other providers can also call the line to order asthma education materials for distribution in their facilities. The line is open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, and can be accessed by NYC residents by calling 311.
