Dear Potential Bidder,
The NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, Office of Facilities and Plant Operations is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Window Cleaning Services within the five Boroughs of the City of New York for this agency on an as needed basis.
The anticipated contract term will be 7/1/2007 to 6/30/2012. Bids will beavailable for pickup on April 17, 2007, at 125 Worth St., Room 1020, 10th floor, New York, NY 10013, between the hours of 10:00 AM through 5:00 PM on business days only. Please note that faxed or e-mailed bids shall not be accepted. Any questions regarding this bid can be addressed to Ms. Velazquez.
