The Department’s Bureau of Human Resources Information Technology seeks to contract services, via Sole Source selection method, with Kenexa Recruiter (the “Contractor”).  Kenexa Recruiter is the sole provider of the web-based personnel service known as Webhire.  The Contractor, as a current provider of professional placement services for this Agency, will enable this Agency to process and conduct the hiring of key personnel in hard to place medical and bio-terrorism positions.  The anticipated term for this contract shall be July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011.
