Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
ACRIS allows you to search property records and view document images for Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens from 1966 to the present.

Borough, Block and Lot (BBL)
Every parcel of land in New York City is identified by a set of three numbers.  This is known as the Borough, Block, and Lot (BBL). If you do not know your property’s BBL number you can search by address.

Dividing (Apportioning) & Merging Lots
A parcel of land can be split into two or more smaller ones. Two or more can also be joined into one large parcel.

Tax Maps
The official tax maps for NYC are maintained by the Tax Map Office.

Updating Bill and Notice Name and Address
Change your mailing address or make corrections to the name or property address on your Statement of Account (SOA).
