Updating Account Information
You can change your mailing address or solve issues with the name or property address on your Statement of Account (SOA).

Borough, Block and Lot (BBL)
Every parcel of land in New York City is identified by a set of 3 numbers.  This is known as the Borough, Block, and Lot (BBL). If you do not know your property’s BBL number you can search by address.

Dividing (Apportioning) & Merging Lots
The official tax maps for the City of New York are maintained by the Tax Map Office.

Tax Maps
The Tax Map Office must approve plans to split or combine properties.
