Commercial Programs

Note: Parking tickets are now being issued for parking tractor-trailers on residential streets between 9 PM and 5 AM. The initial fine is $265, but any additional tickets issued to the same owner within a six-month period are $515 each.

Commercial Adjudications Unit
A combined Payment and Adjudication (Hearing) Center is available for businesses and individuals who receive parking tickets on their commercial vehicles.

Commercial Overpayments
Companies with ten or more vehicles in their firm name can receive an update of any overpayments. They are given the choice of having the money refunded or applied to other unpaid parking tickets.

Commercial Fleet Programs
Finance offers several programs to help commercial vehicle owner's track and manage their New York City parking violations including:

3. Commercial Abatement Program

Rental Program
The New York City Department of Finance has established a Company Rental Program.
