The below updates are located beside the Construction Codes chapter it modifies.  Please print all updates and insert them into your Construction Codes books.  The Department will continue to add updates here. Please visit this site frequently to be sure your Construction Codes books remain updated.  Construction Codes books are available at NY City Store.

New York City's CityStore has the NYC Construction Codes available for purchase. The NYC Construction Codes consist of four volumes: the 2008 Building Code, the 2008 Plumbing Code, the 2008 Mechanical Code and the 2008 Fuel Gas Code. Purchase them online or in person at CityStore, located in the Municipal Building at One Centre Street, North Plaza, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. The Construction Codes are continuously updated with newly-enacted local laws. Please update your purchased Codes by printing out Update Pages available at the following link: NYC Construction Codes Update Pages. Please note: Your copy of the Construction Codes will not be complete without the insertion of these Update Pages.
