SIG1 - Property Owner Sign Affidavit
This Affidavit should be filed by those applying for a sign work permit to erect, alter or install a sign/sign structure that is larger than 200 square feet in an area that is subject to inclusion on the sign inventory as set forth in Section 49-15 of Title 1 of the Rules of the City of New York. This affidavit serves as a checklist for the additional documentation required in Section 49-41 that the applicant has to attach with the Plan/Work Approval Application (PW-1) for all new sign work permits.
