Notify NYC
Notify NYC is a new service designed to enhance the delivery of emergency information to the public. In 2009 Notify NYC went citywide and began notifying people about emergency activity throughout the five boroughs. Notify NYC has been expanded to include critical information concerning missing seniors and children. Notification can be received by email, telephone, and text messaging including RSS and Twitter.
