West Harlem Rezoning Draft Environmental Impact Statement
On May 4, 2012, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the West Harlem Rezoning project.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) will be held on a later date to be announced, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP.  Written comments on the DEIS are requested and would be received and considered by the Lead Agency until the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.

On December 30, 2011, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the NYU Core project.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at 10:00 AM in the George Gustav Heye Center of the National Museum of the American Indian at the historic Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House located at One Bowling Green, New York, New York 10004.  Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were accepted by the Lead Agency until Monday, May 7, 2012.

A public hearing to hear oral comments on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007.
