Online License Renewal Service

To make the license renewal process easier, DCA offers an Online License Renewal Service* currently available to the following categories:

 Cigarette Retail Dealer
 General Vendor
Home Improvement Salesperson
 Laundry
 Laundry Jobber

*Please note that in addition to the license renewal fee, you will be charged a non-refundable Service Fee. Please refer to the links above for detailed information.

DCA will be adding more categories to the Online License Renewal Service in the future. Please check this Web page for updates.

Renewing by Mail or In Person

Licensees can set up renewal by mail in some categories. In other cases, licensees should visit the DCA Licensing Center at 42 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10004. Call 311 (or 212-NEW-YORK outside NYC) for more information.

If submitting renewal application by mail, DCA accepts payment by check or money order only.

Important Note – Ticket Resellers

Effective January 1, 2008, DCA no longer issues the licenses required to resell tickets of admission. The New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services now licenses Ticket Resellers.
