Search Tips
Capitalization
Searches for Voter, voter, and vOtEr will all return the same results.
Using AND in Searches
Searching for voter registration will return results for both voter and registration. You do not have to include the word AND in the search.
Searching for a Phrase
If you want to find results with an exact phrase, place quotation marks around the search terms. Searching for "voter registration" will search for those exact words in that exact order.
Expanding a Search
If you want to expand a search, use the word OR. Searching voter OR registration will return results with voter or registration.
Excluding a Search Term
If you want to exclude a search term, use the word NOT in front of the excluded term. Searching for voter NOT registration will return results with voter and without registration.

311 Service Requests are complaints, problems and cases that
can be submitted online or by dialing 311. Service Requests
are sent to the appropriate agencies to action after the
requests have been submitted.

Check Service Request Status
311 Online allows you to check the status of existing Service
Requests. It may take up to 24 hours for new Service Requests
to be available and for updates to be reflected. Service Request
data is available for 365 days from the date you submitted the
request.
